Confidentiality overview

Confidentiality

We use the Confidentiality channel to confirm intent, scope, and document readiness before a formal SPC mandate is issued. QFC SPCs have no minimum share capital and are typically exempt from audited accounts and annual general meetings unless directed otherwise. SPCs must appoint at least one director, a secretary, and a Senior Executive Function (SEF).

Scope and application

Scope covers responsibilities, timing, and the evidence needed to progress after Confidentiality.
