Discovery

Discovery provides the operational spine for credit evaluation, monitoring, and risk controls. QFC SPCs are transaction-specific entities that can obtain financing or hold assets (including receivables) for defined purposes. Changes in directors, SSP, or registered office require timely notice to the QFC authorities.
