Track Record

Track Record provides the operational spine for credit evaluation, monitoring, and risk controls. Under QFC rules, SPCs may carry out Special Purpose Company Activities such as acquiring, holding, and disposing of assets, subject to their licence. SPCs must appoint and retain a Support Services Provider (SSP) that can provide registered-office and administrative support.
